The sweet science. The boxing
classes offered by the CFC (Women's,
Open and Competitive) are structured to
help build your skills as a boxer.
Everything from the Heavy bags to focus
mitts will develop your technique and
cardio in a fun, exciting environment. All levels of experience are welcome. No sparring
required!
Boxing Bootcamp:
Boxing Bootcamp is the conditioning side of boxing. 1 hour of
intense cardio, toning and full body work out. Our instructor will motivate and challenge
you to elevate your overall fitness. |
