Kick Boxing |
The kickboxing technique class will teach you the
proper technique of kickboxing. Through drills and skill building, our instructor will
work with you at whatever experience you have. The kickboxing circuit is the
conditioning side of kick boxing. 1 hour of circuit training will challenge you at whatever
level of fitness you have.
The CFC offers a unique experience from that of the standard fitness gym. Our
membership structure is customized to your individual interests, and our team of
experienced instructors are the best in the Bow Valley. |
